Yes. The price shown includes engraving free in one area. This usually includes 1 to 3
lines of engraving, or 1-2 lines of engraving plus a design. This topic is discussed in detail at

Can we engrave a second area / two sides? |

Yes. A fee of $5 - $20, depending on the item to be engraved will apply.

Do we charge by the letter? |
| A: |
No. We do recommend that you keep the letters and space per line to 20.
The more letters you have to fit into one area, the smaller the letters must be. We can engrave as small as a 6 point font,
although we prefer to engrave a 10 to 36 point font. This makes your engraving easier to read. Larger items can have more
letters and larger designs. Smaller items, such as shot glasses, look better with less letters. |

Is there a charge for engraving a design? |

The designs we have in stock are engraved free when they are engraved in the
same area as the lettering. If you want a design in another area, i.e.: the lettering on the front of a glass and the design
on the back, there is a five dollar fee for the second area. |

Just ask! We have literally thousands of
designs available for all occasions, professions and hobbies. We couldn't begin to post them all. Plus, we have an artist on staff who can create something

One of our favorite things to do! We can engrave logos on 1 to 3000 of whichever item you choose.

Each piece we engrave is unique. We take each order and design an original template for each piece.
We take the time to make sure that the layout suites the item, which results in the engraving being the most complimentary format for the piece. |

Well, we have engraved some very unique items, including; a football helmet, a tea kettle, rocks, auto windows, home

Engraved items are not returnable unless WE
make a mistake in spelling. We will spell the engraving exactly as you submit it with your order.

We do ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO and International addresses.
Please make certain that you enter your delivery address information correctly. For International deliveries,
the cost of delivery is usually more than is allowed for U.S. deliveries. We will e-mail you with the correct
shipping costs and require approval for payment of those costs before we process your order. |

How do we ship? |

We usually ship via US Priority Mail. Some of our heavier
orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground or Home Delivery. Rush orders can be shipped via one or two
day service. An additional charge applies for rush delivery. |

We make every effort to ship within seven business days,
and to pay special attention to the date of the event (if included) to make certain your
order arrives in time. If there is a conflict we will make every effort to contact you upon

In most cases, we CAN have your order to you much quicker if you need. For example; we engraved and gift boxed
72 Elegant
Sports Mugs, and had them in our customer's hands within 72 hours for their awards banquet.
A rush fee did apply, and shipping was handled via FedEx on our customer's FedEx account number.
We do not mark up shipping. |

Yes. You can add gift wrapping at check-out. If the occasion isn't obvious,

personalization form. Also add there a short message to be hand printed on your gift card if we are sending
the gift to someone for you. |
