To properly insure your items when we return ship them, be sure to include the increased value for engraved items, i.e. original value of 2 glasses shipped to us, $40 -- add $20 to that value once engraved - new insured amount would equal $60. Plus return shipping. Priority Mail: Priority Mail labels and boxes are available at no additional charge at post offices or by calling 1-800-222-1811. Pickup service is available for $10.25 per stop, regardless of the number of pieces if you do not have time to take your parcel to the post office.
