Standard Shipping Methods: We ship most orders via US
Priority Mail (2-4 days delivery time), with confirmation receipt or Federal Express Home / Ground Services (2-7 days delivery time) - depending
on the weight of your order. 2-6 flutes or wine glasses usually ship via US Priority Mail. 2 or more steins usually ship via FedEx Home/Ground.
If you prefer to ship a heavier via Priority Mail for faster shipping (less expensive than other services), we can do that at your request and the
extra shipping costs will be applied to your card. A tracking number
will be e-mailed to you upon shipping. For International shipping, click here.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and US Territories: We ship via US
Priority Mail and costs are based on the weight of your order. Any
extra shipping costs will be applied to your card. A tracking number
will be e-mailed to you upon shipping.
Shipping Time:
Regular Shipping: Once you place your order you should receive it in approximately 10-14 business days.
We make every effort to ship within 2 to 7
business days, and to pay special attention to the date of the event (if included) to make
certain your order arrives in time. Please let us know if there is a certain date that
you need your order by as some orders may take a little longer to process -- especially during our busy seasons. Be sure to include your e-mail address and phone number.
This way, if there is a conflict we can contact you upon receipt of your order. You can always send
us an e-mail after you've place your order if you did not include that information on the order form. Our e-mail address is

Our privacy policy is simple: we do NOT share or sell your information to anyone -- ever. We have had numerous orders come in
that were needed in just a few days, which were delivered without extra shipping costs, but we must know when you need your
order to make this happen -- please communicate your special needs with us!
Rush Shipping: Need it sooner? We can ship via Express service if needed. Express shipping
is charged by weight. For example, most flutes ship Express for an additional charge of $12.50 - $15.00 per pair. Orders of
multiple items will ship in as few boxes as possible and can be quoted at your request. If you
would like Express delivery, please type Express Delivery in the comments box of the personalization form.
We will notify you of the cost before we start your order, so PLEASE check your junk or bulk mail box for our e-mail!!

Shipping to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses:
We DO ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. Please make certain that you enter your delivery address information correctly.
Shipping to International addresses:
We DO ship to International addresses. For International deliveries, the cost of delivery is usually more than for U.S. deliveries, and will NOT be charged at the time you place your order. We will e-mail you with the correct shipping costs and require payment of those costs before we process your order.
